About Skylie Curves

During the COVID-19 pandemic, while the world felt uncertain, I found myself balancing a demanding corporate career and motherhood, raising two beautiful daughters who were constantly watching, learning, and absorbing everything around them. In the middle of that chaos, a question kept returning to me: What am I building for myself and what example am I setting for them?

With the support of my husband we started Skylie Curves from home, with nothing more than belief, determination, and a desire to create something meaningful. Orders were packed late at night after the girls were asleep. Collections were planned between meetings, school runs, and deadlines. It wasn’t easy but it was deeply fulfilling.

We created Skylie Curves because I believed curvy women deserved more. More style. More confidence. More celebration. I wanted to build a brand that didn’t ask women to shrink themselves to fit fashion but instead offered fashion that embraces them fully.

As the brand began to grow, so did my courage. With the support of a shareholder who believed in the vision, Skylie Curves expanded beyond its online beginnings. Eventually, I made the decision to step away from the security of my corporate career and commit to this journey full-time. It was one of the most frightening and empowering decisions of my life.

Today, Skylie Curves is more than clothing. It represents resilience, faith, balance, and boldness. It represents every late night, every risk taken, and every lesson I hope my daughters carry with them, that dreams are worth pursuing, that hard work matters, and that confidence is something you create from within.
